First Verse
Who are you kidding, admit it you did it, you're wicked
Convicted, conflicted, in an instant you've been forgiven
Acquitted the minute, you listed ya sin and repented
Vision is vivid, God is different, He's infinite wit no limit
You were addicted to sinning, living in prison
And been conditioned to mimic the world and it's twisted system
But been evicted from prison to sit in His blissful kingdom
It is prolific when thinkin, you've been given a ticket
Spittin like liquid, not giving into the gimmicks
Instro is hittin like cricket, Will said he thinks I could rip it
If you try to finish the sentence ya missing predictions
My click is thicker than lipids, so never hint that we're timid
Flipping through Scriptures, tryna exhibit the wisdom
He was afflicted and smitten but the King has been risen
So we've been commissioned to witness about Him who was sinless
Since he is rinsing our sins and this gift He gives is exquisite!
HOOK (Repeated 2x)
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
On the track Apologist, on the track Apologist
Second Verse
Switching it up but the syllables tough
I'm giving you lyrical chunks with the minimal fluff
We've done criminal stuff and Christ is sittin as judge
But He gives us His love, and this is critical cuz
My teams ready, rhyme scheme heavy, I've seen plenty
Like greed, envy, the scenes deadly but seems friendly
It leaves many in deep frenzies please be ready
I'm setting you up for the cross like a mean hezi (hesitation dribble)
Who else could take the Father's wrath but Jesus? (No one!)
We're sinful wack deceivers with crass demeanors
Ain't high class achievers, but we are fragile creatures
Christ died for trashy schemers and mad believers
I ain’t a trapper but I got a Trapper Keeper
You think you're a rapper eater but you really just an average teacher
Sometimes they can't catch my lines like a bad receiver
I'm pointing cats to Jesus so turn up and blast the speakers!
HOOK (Repeated 2x)
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
On the track Apologist, on the track Apologist
Third Verse
They mocked and whipped and balled they fist, and then they socked his lip
See their haughtiness and godlessness they are mon-strous
The longest list of awfulness, so what's the cause of this?
Gotta spit about the God of scripts and the cross he lifts
Check the plots and twists His awesomeness is obvious
Writing like a novelist, on the track Apologist
Christ almost called quits, but He knew all this exists
To save fallen man who's sick and that's what the gospel is
I'm not just an optimist but the cross brings confidence
And I've been washed and rinsed, can't trust in accomplishments
See I was nauseous sick, but He is the Pharmacist
My contact had ripped, but He is Optometrist
He's the God of providence sovereign over continents
And conglomerates ruling over politics
It seems preposterous and you have you astonishment
But He's the God who lives and you must acknowledge this! (Cannon!! What it cook?!!)
HOOK (Repeated only 1x)
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
My teams ready rhyme scheme heavy
On the track Apologist, on the track Apologist

There are only a handful of albums that I can't play out, this is the newest addition to the "unplayoutable" category. This album is full of thought provoking conviction. Most of the production is rock-solid, reviving the 90's vibes that I so dearly miss. On each repeated listen the album is as good as the first time listening to it, if not better. Alexey Dolotov
Fam, this album was well crafted. From front to back I appreciated the different emotions and looks you gave us.👍🏿 The beat truly goes on for real. The ending of "The Grace" could of been a song on it's own as a doxology of praise. 🙌🏿 The cypher joint was too cold! I wanted more bars though, everybody did their thing though. "It Goes On" was way too short for a party joint my brother. Yo quería más mi hermano, para bailar necesitamos más de dos minutos cuarenta y dos segundos. Ronald Wagogo
